Reservation and Access
When you book an event at The Silk Valley, our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will have access to your reserved conference or meeting space two hours before the event begins, allowing ample time for setup and preparation. After the event concludes, the space will remain available to you for an additional hour, providing time for any necessary wrap-up activities.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate these changes, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- 30 days or more before the event date: A cancellation fee of 35% of the total booking fee will apply.
- 29 to 15 days before the event date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee will apply.
- 14 days or less before the event date: A cancellation fee of 85% of the total booking fee will apply.

At The Silk Valley, we provide a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our standard package includes: Tables and chairs, configurable to suit your specific event needs. Flip charts and markers, Notepads and pens, Audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems.
