Receiving and Handing over time Policy

The Silk Valley will hand you the wedding space at 08:00 AM on the wedding date and will get it back at 07:00 AM of the next day.

Cancellation Policy :

In case of a cancellation from your kind self, the following is applicable:
* 35 % of the Fee in case cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the wedding date.
* 50 % of the Fee in case the cancellation occurs 89 to 45 days before the wedding date.
* 85 % of the Fee in case the cancellation occurs 44 days or less before the wedding date.

Other Silk Valley Policies

Security Deposit: A Refundable amount of /2000/ $ is required as a Security Deposit covering damages that might be caused by the Second Party or its guests or contractors during the Event, and the removal of debris etc.

Sound and Light: Hire our exclusive Sound and Light Supplier (Bacchus)

Insurance: Before receiving the Venue, the second party shall obtain an insurance policy from a reputable insurance company covering Fire and Third-Party liability up to at least USD 250,000. First Party alone shall be the beneficiary in the said policy. Second Party undertakes to handover the original copy of this policy to First Party before receiving the venue.
