Receiving and Handing Over Time Policy
- The Silk Valley will provide access to the wedding space at 12:00 PM (Noon Time) on the wedding date and will reclaim it at 08:00 AM the following day.
Cancellation Policy
– A penalty of 30% is incurred if the cancellation occurs 7 days after the signature of the wedding agreement.
– A penalty of 50% is incurred if the cancellation occurs 90 days or less prior to the wedding date.
– A penalty of 70 % is incurred if the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the wedding date.
Other Policies
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required to cover potential damages caused by the second party, its guests, or contractors, as well as the removal of debris.
- Catering: Hire one of the preferred exclusive caterers of The Silk Valley.
- Sound and Light: For audio and lighting needs, hire our exclusive sound and light suppliers.
Insurance: The second party must obtain an insurance policy from a reputable insurance company covering fire and third-party liability up to at least USD 250,000. The first party must be named as the beneficiary in this policy. The second party must provide the original copy of the policy to the first party before receiving the venue.
